Planning Your Visit

News — Planning Your Visit

Our priority is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all, so we’d ask all customers to be respectful of others and to follow the latest guidelines as closely as possible at all times when visiting the centre.

We are working closely with our stores so you can shop with confidence and ensure we continue to look after each other.

We will keep several measures in place to do our part to help control the spread of the virus for the foreseeable future, including enhanced cleaning regimes for all areas.

We want everyone visiting the Galleries to feel as safe as possible, so please adhere to the government guidance to help prevent the transmission of Coronavirus (COVID-19):

  • Do not enter the centre if you are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms
  • Our Covid signage will remain in place encouraging Hands, Face, Space
  • Please wear a face covering if you wish to and please respect everyone’s choice
  • Maintain a respectful distance from other members of the public
  • Our one way system will remain in place
  • Respect and follow the instructions outlined by our retail stores where they differ

The Centre is busiest between 10 am and 1 pm, please consider visiting later in the day. Supermarkets and banks are much quieter in the afternoon.
