News — Exciting Additions Transform M The Galleries, Washington
LCP, part of M Core, continues to revitalize M The Galleries, Washington, with the addition of three exciting new tenants as part of its ambitious redevelopment of under-used areas.
Cantoro Lounge:
In December, Cantoro Lounge, operated by Loungers Plc, opened its doors, bringing a vibrant café-bar and restaurant experience to the centre. With a 15-year lease on a 3,968 sq ft unit, Cantoro Lounge has created 30 new jobs locally. This addition is part of a 30,000 sq ft retail and leisure redevelopment project featuring four new shopfronts, modern cladding, and landscaping.
Starbucks Drive-Through:
Starbucks has launched a purpose-built 1,840 sq ft drive-through, offering seating for 52 customers, parking, and seven ultra-rapid PoGo EV chargers. This new facility, located on a redeveloped plot near the centre, also operates under a 15-year lease.
Pure Gym:
Fitness enthusiasts can now enjoy a brand-new Pure Gym, which opened in December, occupying a spacious 10,812 sq ft unit.
Simon Eatough, Director at LCP and Asset Manager for M The Galleries, expressed enthusiasm for the transformation:
“It is fantastic to welcome Cantoro Lounge, Starbucks, and Pure Gym to M The Galleries. Redeveloping and transforming under-used areas has enhanced the centre’s offerings while creating valuable new jobs for the community.”
A Starbucks spokesperson added:
“We’re thrilled to bring the Starbucks experience to Washington as part of this exciting redevelopment and look forward to welcoming the community.”
