News — New Parking Rules at M The Galleries

Customer Parking FAQs

We are committed to offering free parking and provide access to spaces that meet the needs of our customers.

Following feedback, the car park management will primarily focus on the misuse of disabled, family and EV bays as well as people parking in drop off zones, taxi bays, double yellow lines, and hatched zones.

These areas will be monitored by parking operatives who will be checking the 15 car parks across the site at various times of the day and evening.

Please note, the Retail Park is a separate entity to the Galleries Shopping Centre and not covered by this policy.

What parking is available?

We have over 2,200 car parking spaces on site across 15 car parks.

This includes 84 disabled bays with parking for families, motorcycles and EV charging.

Most of the disabled bays can be found outside of ASDA and Sainsbury’s with further spaces to the front of car parks 2, 6 and 7.

Family parking can be found in car park 4, 5 and 10.

Parking is free for 4 hours.
